Le panneau — « Contextes : pourquoi l’ère de la sécurité nationale et la fin du libre-échange est-elle arrivée ? » — posait une question simple en apparence, mais structurante en profondeur.

The panel — “Backgrounds: Why the Era of National Security and End of Free Trade has come?” — addressed a seemingly simple question, yet one with profound structural implications.
Behind this evolution lie very concrete consequences for our clients:

- technologies becoming strategic assets,
- legal decisions increasingly intertwined with geopolitical considerations.
As a result, the lawyer’s role is evolving less a pure legal technician, more an interface between law, strategy and economic sovereignty.
