Wissam Mghazli, Managing Partner of Komon, participated last week in the annual conference for the IR Global members working in the Mediterranean region, held in Verona in Italy.
Wissam is preparing now for the IR Global annual conference in October to be held in Lisbon. Particularly he will be organizing the IR Arbitration Group annual session on12 October on the topic: "Why and How should I Choose Arbitration When Advising My Corporate Clients? —Insights on Drafting Arbitration Clauses and Peri-Arbitral Measures"
This year, the IR Arbitration Group chose a broad arbitration subject that could involve both lawyers in corporate law and those practicing non-arbitration litigation in general from the Dispute Group.
