Yasmine Chouari
Yasmine Chouari is admitted to the Paris Bar and has a dual practice combining litigation and international arbitration with advising on European and international business law. She trained at leading law firms in Paris and Casablanca.
She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in European Law, with a specialization in “International Economic Relations”, as well as an LL.M. in International Business Litigation and Arbitration from the University of Paris-Est Créteil. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026.
Yasmine teaches and coaches student teams preparing for prestigious international competitions, including the European Law Moot Court and the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. She is also actively involved in the Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (VYAP) network and has been a member of the executive board of Morocco VYAP since 2025.
Committed to promoting equal access to education since 2017, she regularly supports students facing academic challenges, including those with invisible disabilities, by providing individual mentoring and guidance on administrative procedures and career planning. Outside her legal practice, Yasmine has a particular interest in painting and pencil drawing.

- Represented a major American hotel group in the enforcement of arbitral awards obtained in England under ICC proceedings and the recovery of the corresponding claim.
- Assisted foreign investors in the establishment of companies and subsidiaries in Morocco and France.
- Drafted corporate documents for a wide range of transactions, including company formation, capital increases, and capital reductions.
- Represented an African state institution in the enforcement of an arbitral award obtained in Paris under ICC proceedings and the recovery of the related claim.
- Drafted contracts and multiparty memoranda of understanding.
- Preparation of a proposal in response to a public tender launched by the National Airports Office (ONDA) in Morocco on behalf of a British service company.
- Advised and assisted a mining company in implementing a foreign direct investment in Morocco under an investment agreement.
