Yasmine Benkoula is a Legal Advisor in business law at Komon’s Phnom Penh office. She advises both international and Cambodian clients on their investment projects, commercial operations, and the legal structuring of their activities in Cambodia. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in French-Asian Business Law from Paris II Pantheon Assas University and a Master’s degree (Master 1) in Notarial Law from Paris XI University - Jean Monnet Faculty (Sceaux). Yasmine has over six years of professional experience in Southeast Asia, where she has developed expertise in advising foreign companies operating in the region, particularly in trademark protection and portfolio management, investment structuring, and commercial contract drafting. She has also gained professional experience in France, notably within a notarial office and at a law firm practicing before the French Cassation Court and State Council.

Yasmine is also an active member of the French-Cambodian Association of Lawyers (AFCAJ).
