Co-authoring an article for the journal "Juriste international"
Maître Olivier FACHIN , founding partner of Komon Avocats, co-authored the article “Legal Practice and Data Protection between Paris and Tokyo” with his colleagues Claire Jacob-Stein (Paris) and Hayata Matsunaga (Tokyo), featured in the “Asia Special Edition” of “Juriste International”.
Before comparing French and Japanese data protection laws, they highlighted cultural differences in business practices and client relationship management in law firms from both countries.
