The IPBA is an international association of business lawyers who live in and/or have a connection with the Asia-Pacific region, founded in 1991 at an inaugural conference in Tokyo.

Since then, IPBA has grown to become the leading legal association in the Asia-Pacific region and has currently over 1,500 members from more than 65 jurisdictions worldwide.

The IBA is the world's largest association of international law practitioners.

Founded in 1947, following the creation of the United Nations, with the aim of protecting and improving the rule of law worldwide, the IBA has grown from an association composed exclusively of bar associations to one including international law firms as well as sole practitioners.

Today, the organization has over 80,000 members from most of the world's leading law firms in more than 170 countries.

AAJ is resolutely focused on the Japanese community and, more generally, on anyone with strong ties to Japan, whether in France or abroad.

AAJ's aim is to offer its members and partners a platform for quality exchanges, while expanding its network.

The activities of the Japan Commission of the Paris Bar Association are aimed at lawyers with an interest in and/or working between France and Japan.

The Commission's missions include training for lawyers, coordinating efforts with members of civil society and associations with similar goals, as well as monitoring legal and professional latest news and information.

Founded in 2023, the Franco-Moroccan Business Lawyers Association (AFMAA) aims to promote a professional network of business lawyers with an interest in Franco-Moroccan legal and commercial ties. It also provides a platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

AFMAA organizes periodic events in France and Morocco such as afterworks, conferences and cultural outings, gathers recommendations received between members and puts member law firms in touch with trainees and associates for internship and professional opportunities.

Founded in 1927, the International Association of Lawyers is a global and multicultural organization gathering lawyers from 110 countries.

It promotes the rule of law and provides its members with a network for professional development, training and networking.

Today, it brings together more than two million lawyers and legal professionals, who are members individually or collectively (bars, federations, associations) in 110 countries.

The French-Cambodian Lawyers Association, founded in 2020, is dedicated to promoting and developing a professional network of lawyers with a particular interest in relations between France and Cambodia.

AFCAJ thus provides its members with a framework encouraging exchanges and the acquisition of relevant information for those wishing to contribute to getting both countries closer, while fostering the development of their professional networks through interactions with colleagues and main players in both countries.

Paris City of Law was founded in 2015 with the aim of promoting Paris as an international legal capital by federating the wider business community.

Legal practitioners, intellectuals and judges make up this association and meet to reflect together on current legal challenges and make Paris shine by promoting its attractiveness.

Since its creation by the CCI Paris Île-de-France in 1997, the Franco-Japanese Exchange Committee has become one of the world's leading bicultural business networks.

Its strengths lie mainly in the dynamism of its members, more than 160 companies operating in France and Japan in all sectors.

The CEFJ can count on an important network of companies of all sizes, economic sectors and institutional organizations, which are at the heart of the Franco-Japanese business community.

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Japan (CCIFJ) is the leading European chamber in Japan. Founded in 1918, it comprises a network of more than 650 member companies across all sectors of activity, one third of which are Japanese companies.
CCIFJ’s mission is to create an international platform that builds fruitful relationships for its members and develops business opportunities between France and Japan.

Komon joined the Chamber's membership in 2023 to be closer to economic players in both countries and has since organised or co-organised numerous French-Japanese events within its walls.

ClubRezo is trustful space for networking and business recommendations between lawyers.

Each month, a dinner event is organized for members and guests in a convivial setting to encourage exchanges and feedback.

The network is made up of some sixty lawyers based in and around Paris, specializing in areas ranging from tax law to family law, employment law and international business law.

Wissam Mghazli, managing partner of Komon Avocats, has been a member of ClubRezo since 2021, and organized a Moroccan dinner in January 2025 in partnership with the Franco-Moroccan Business Lawyers Association which he chairs.

The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France has the following missions:

consulting, negotiations and exchanges with public bodies or several semi-public associations, the collection of information and documents dealing with the economy and trade, the organization of conferences and seminars concerning economic, commercial or cultural themes, cooperation and support for economic and commercial events run by public bodies or several semi-public associations, and the strengthening of friendly and cultural ties between its members through the organization of activities and events.

MAC brings together experienced arbitration practitioners in Morocco and/or with links to the country with the aim of sharing expertise, collaborating, and promoting Moroccan arbitration both domestically and internationally. Arbitrators, counsels, law professors, and other arbitration experts come together in this club to brainstorm and promote Morocco as a regional and international arbitration hub.

Wissam Mghazli, managing partner of Komon Avocats and an experienced arbitration practitioner for over 10 years, is the co-founder of the MAC and has been a member of its steering committee since 2025.

The France-Morocco Commission is aimed at lawyers who are interested in and/or practising law between France and Morocco. These are mainly lawyers based in Casablanca or Paris who regularly practise between these two cities.

The Commission's missions include providing a forum for exchange between lawyers interested in relations between France and Morocco, participating in the continuing education of lawyers practising between these two countries, and deepening knowledge of the French and Moroccan legal systems by organising symposiums and conferences and publishing studies and reports.

Wissam Mghazli, managing partner of the firm, co-founded the France-Morocco Commission in 2025 and currently serves as its co-chair.

The AIJA is an association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsels under the age of forty-five, bringing together lawyers from 100+ different jurisdictions. With a strong focus on the international scale of law, this association brings its members together during regular conferences and frequent events organized across five continents, so that they can meet, discuss about their practices and recommend each other. The AIJA emphasizes the energy that young lawyers can demonstrate and provides the necessary support to those whose careers require a wide network.

Ezzine Andoulsi, a French-Tunisian lawyer registered with the Paris Bar since 2022 and specializing in international litigation and arbitration, joined the AIJA, notably by entering the group dedicated to international arbitration. He actively participates in meetings organised with his foreign colleagues, where he can promote Komon and French arbitration law.

The France Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC) aims at promoting economic relations and develop commercial and industrial exchanges between France and Cambodia. With 15 years of experience, CCIFC has in-depth knowledge of the French and Cambodian markets and has forged close relationships with key economic players, making it an essential resource for small and medium-sized enterprises interested in Cambodia and France.

In 2011, CCIFC chose to co-found, with its German and British counterparts, the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, also known as EuroCham, in order to pool and coordinate resources and actions, particularly in the field of business support services.

Komon joined the Chamber's membership in 2025 to be closer to economic players in both countries following the opening of its office in Phnom Penh.
