The meeting

Olivier Fachin and Wissam Mghazli met for the first time in Tokyo in November 2018 during an international conference and a prospecting mission organized by the Conseil National des Barreaux (CNB) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCIFJ).

On their return to Paris, they continued their discussions about their Japanese clients and their shared interest in Japan.

In the meantime, each of them practicing in a separate law firm, the idea of pooling their skills and experiences quickly sprang up as they shared the same vision of the practice of law.

After more than a year of working in close partnership, they decided to join forces within Komon Avocats in order to shape the synergy operating between them for the benefit of their clients.
