Olivier Fachin, associé fondateur, et Wissam Mghazli, associé dirigeant, se sont rendus à Tokyo du 24 au 27 avril 2024 pour assister à la conférence annuelle de l’IPBA. Cet évènement repoussé plusieurs fois en raison de la crise sanitaire a battu des records d’influence puisque plus d’un millier d’avocats se sont retrouvés autour de conférences de qualité mais également d’évènements annexes qui ont démontré une nouvelle fois le savoir-faire japonais en matière d’accueil. Cela a été également l’occasion pour Komon Avocats de nouer de nouveaux liens avec des confrères de tous pays, tout en fortifiant son réseau sur place via son Desk Japon. Un déplacement qui a donc mêlé utile et agréable en fin de saison des cerisiers japonais.
IPBAの年次総会への参加
創立パートナーのオリビエ・ファシンとマネージングパートナーのウィッサム・ムラズリは、2024年4月24～27日に東京で開催されたIPBA（Inter-Pacific Bar Association : 環太平洋法曹協会）の年次総会に出席しました。
この年次総会は、コロナ禍の影響で何度も延期されてきましたが、今回は過去最多となる1,000人以上の弁護士が参加し、質の高い議論が活発に交わされました。また、日本の卓越したおもてなしを感じさせるサイドイベントも各種開催され、大盛況の年次総会でした。
この機会にKomon Avocatsは、デスク・ジャポン（Desk Japon）のネットワークを日本においても強化するとともに、世界各国の弁護士たちとの新たなつながりも築くことができました。
日本の桜の季節の終わりに、日本文化に触れながら成果の多い有意義な出張となりました。
Participation in the IPBA Annual Conference in Tokyo
Olivier Fachin, founding partner, and Wissam Mghazli, managing partner, traveled to Tokyo from April 24 to 27, 2024, to attend the IPBA Annual Conference.
This event, which had been postponed several times due to the health crisis, broke attendance records, with over a thousand lawyers gathering for high-quality conferences as well as side events that once again showcased Japan’s outstanding hospitality skills.
It was also an opportunity for Komon Avocats to establish new connections with colleagues from around the world, while further strengthening its network on-site through its Desk Japon.
Thus, this trip proved both productive and enjoyable at the end of the cherry blossom season in Japan.
