Wissam Mghazli, the managing partner of Komon Avocats and co-founder of the Moroccan Arbitration Club - MAC, co-organized with his Moroccan colleagues the Grand Launch of the MAC, held at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on 27 May 2025. The event was attended by a large number of Moroccan arbitration practitioners, some of whom even came from Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas!
MAC’s objective is to create a specialized vehicle to promote Moroccan arbitration in the country and abroad, where experienced arbitration practitioners can engage, share expertise, and collaborate.
Arbitration in Morocco has now reached a level of maturity and it is time to move forward, all together, to the next level to make this country with enormous potential a true strategic hub for arbitration at the regional and international level.
